Is it easy to clean my GRP roof?

Each Topseal GRP roof installed by Cotswold Fibreglass Roofing Ltd is designed to be maintenance free and does not require regular cleaning. However, because of the versatility of the system, its suitability for applications such as roof terraces or walkways may mean that you will want to clean the surface from time to time.

Flat roof maintenance and cleaning made easy

Your Topseal GRP roof makes flat roof cleaning easy. The smooth surface, free of welds and seams, makes it easy to clean so routine flat roof maintenance can be carried out quickly and easily and without the risk of causing damage by water penetration into the fabric of the building.

A Topseal roof can be pressure washed

Normal dirt and debris can be removed with a hose and stiff brush. If a more powerful solution is required, your GRP roof can be pressure washed without any concern of causing damage to the surface or generating leaks (the manufacturer does, however, advise against the use of steam cleaning). Cleaning complex shapes such as skylights or around other detailing is also simple.
