Several accessories and extras are available so Cotswold Fibreglass Roofing can personalise your Topseal GRP roof to your exact requirements. These range from the numerous trims and edgings that we can use to ensure a perfect roof finish, through to a wide choice of colours and several different surface finishes that are also available.
Make other property improvements during your flat roof installation
Because the Cotswold Fibreglass Roofing team consists of experienced builders and joiners, we can also combine other property improvements such as fitting a replacement garage door as well as fixing that leaky garage roof. How many flat roofers do you know who can do that?
Trims and edgings
Depending on your roof, various trims and edgings are available, including the following:
- fascia trims
- edge trims
- simulated flashings
- simulated rolled joints
- gulley trims

Colours and surface finishes
As standard, your Topseal roof is available in one of two colours. A wide range of other colours can be specified (at extra cost) in any colour from the Topseal colour chart or in any BS4800 colour. If required, your new Topseal roof can also be installed with a non-slip aggregate finish.
Many extra fixtures and fittings can be added during installation
Because GRP is an extremely versatile roofing material, many fixtures and fittings can easily be added during or after installation; Topseal is also perfect for creating balconies, terraces or even green roofs. Examples include the following:
- Vents
- Solar Panels

- Air conditioning units
- Generators
- CCTV Cameras
- Roof terrace balustrades
- Roof gardens and green roofs
Additionally, features such a skylights and other roof furniture can easily be incorporated into the substrate.
