What colours and surface finishes are available?
We believe that when you invest in a flat roof as special as Topseal, you should have plenty of choice of colours and finishes. That’s why Cotswold Fibreglass Roofing Ltd and Topseal give you the choice of many colours, two different surface finishes and two laminate weights.
Colours
As standard, Topseal is available in two shades of grey: Cool Grey and Dark Admiralty Grey. Your Topseal roof can also be specified in any colour from a wide selection of available colours (as well as being ordered in any BS4800 colour).
Surface finishes
Topseal can be specified with a smooth finish or an optional non-slip finish for areas that people will walk on. If required, tiles can also be laid on top of the Topseal roof.
Weight of laminate
For most applications (including where the roof will be walked on occasionally), Topseal 450g/m2 laminate is suitable. This is the standard weight for most applications.
If the roof will be subject to heavy pedestrian traffic (a walkway, balcony or roof terrace), a heavier 600g/m2 laminate will be specified. This is normally specified with an aggregate non-slip finish.
