The Topseal guarantee is a 20-year full guarantee, which can be called upon in the unlikely event that your roof should fail for any reason.

A 25-year guarantee

Cotswold Fibreglass Roofing Ltd is a fully trained and approved Topseal contractor with an established reputation; we offer a 25-year guarantee (transferable to a future owner of the property) for each Topseal installation. In the unlikely event of a problem with your new Topseal roof, please contact us first to resolve your concerns.

The extra reassurance of Topseal Guarantee Protection

All Topseal installations completed by trained and approved contractors can also be protected by additional insolvency cover beyond that provided by the Topseal manufacturer’s guarantee. Topseal Guarantee Protection is available on all contracts where the Topseal BBA waterproofing system has been installed, in accordance with the manufacturer’s written specification, by a trained and approved Topseal contractor.

One of the benefits of a manufacturer-backed warranty is that, in the unlikely event of a problem occurring with a roof, it can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

As a trained and approved Topseal contractor, our contracting team has been trained to the highest standard for installing your GRP roof. The quality of our approved contractors’ work is also monitored by random on-site inspections made by Topseal Systems Ltd site support and customer service staff.
