What is Topseal?

Topseal is a cold-applied, high performance, British Board of Agrément approved waterproofing system, manufactured by Topseal Systems Limited, which can be used to form a waterproof membrane regardless of the size or complexity of the application.

Topseal is available in two BBA-approved systems, both of which are guaranteed to perform well under the most extreme weather conditions. Topseal is ideally suited to any area where water needs to be either contained or excluded. This makes it perfect for domestic applications such as these:

- Roof terraces and gardens
- Green roofs
The system can be finished in any BS4800 colour, and if required can be given a non-slip finish for use on balconies and walkways.
